Lance is currently producing two short films and an educational podcast series about filmmaking.

Arcadia Milk is an upcoming short film created and produced by Lance Miller and Maximilien Blanc. Taking place at the headquarters of a miserable corporate milk company, this dark absurdist comedy utilizes quirky characters and office humor to take on themes of job imprisonment and chronic people-pleasing, a condition that so many in the workforce can relate to today. In this film, the disease to please is a very serious condition with a 99% mortality rate. Recently diagnosed with the disease to please, yes man Owen must find a way to quit his job before it kills him.

Still Here, a short written and directed by Chelsey Kaye, is currently making its festival run and recently had its world premiere at The LA Shorts International Film Festival. After losing her partner, Caleb, to an accidental fentanyl poisoning, Lila begins seeing him in moments throughout her daily life. As her world starts to fracture, she must confront her grief and the possibility of moving forward.​

The Filmmaker's Starter Kit is your one-stop shop to learn everything that you need to know to produce your first film. Created by Lance Miller and Maximilien Blanc, this educational podcast series will break down the entire filmmaking process from pre-production to post-production. Each episode will feature a professional filmmaker who will answer questions on a specific topic.

 

Last year Lance produced his third short film First Edition, written and directed by Nicholas Burns. Starring Jay Kim, Jeff Godsil, Lance Miller, Robert Casia, Evan Canepa, and Brian David Cole.

He is also stage-managing an acting class at the Hudson Theatres in Hollywood.
